Chop the following ingredients and add to a big bowl:
2 cloves of fresh garlic
3/4 red onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
I do the following ingredients to taste, but it's probably about 1 teaspoon of each:
crushed red pepper
cracked black pepper
2-3tsp (to taste) Himalayan sea salt
Add some love and chips and you’re good to go!
Substitute cucumber slices or purple cabbage for carb-free crunch!
